Ash Pringle, 20 - Marketing Student, Fashion Designer & Blogger

Welcome to Zen In The City! This is a modern and minimalist blog dedicated to holistic and sustainable beauty, veganism and lifestyle. Featuring a personal and fresh perspective on all things natural.

My name is Ash Pringle. I am from the capital city of South Africa, Pretoria. I have wanted to start a blog for as long as I can remember and I have finally taken the leap because I needed a platform to share my passions. I aspire for this to be a source for young people who are looking for guidance on anything holistic in nature.

Through my struggles with skin and health I have come to learn a lot regarding healing yourself through holistic methods. I believe the Earth has given us everything we need to heal ourselves and that most pharmaceuticals and beauty products are filled with chemicals that only mask symptoms and further poison our bodies. These products are meant to keep us unwell and coming back, keeping their business thriving. Through endless research and trials I have healed myself from many ailments that doctors swore I would need to be on medication for, for the rest of my life. This blog is the platform I use to share the information I have learned along the way.
